About GoStrata

GoStrata publishes independent analysis of strata systems, governance, law, and institutional design in Australia’s medium- and high-density built environment.

The work focuses on structure rather than commentary — how strata systems are designed, how incentives operate in practice, where governance fails, and why reform efforts so often miss their mark.

Publication is selective and irregular by design. GoStrata does not aim to provide news coverage or ongoing updates. Writing appears only where an issue is structural, consequential, or requires careful analysis.

What You’ll Find Here

GoStrata publishes:

  • long-form research and analysis,

  • doctrinal essays on strata governance and incentives,

  • selected case analyses used as structural evidence,

  • occasional commentary on law reform and regulatory design.

This is not a feed.

It is a body of work.

About the Author

GoStrata is written and produced by Francesco Andreone, who has worked in the Australian strata and community title sector since 1989 across law, governance, litigation, policy, research, and consultancy.

The work published here draws on decades of experience, but it is not professional advice, advocacy, or industry promotion. It is analysis.

A detailed professional history, publications, and prior roles are available on request.
