About Francesco

Francesco Andreone is the founder of GoStrata.

His work focuses on the structure and operation of strata title systems — including governance arrangements, commercial incentives, regulatory design, and the recurring failures that arise when those elements are misaligned.

Over more than three decades, Francesco has worked across the full lifecycle of strata and community title developments in Australia, including legal structuring, governance, dispute resolution, construction defect claims, remediation projects, regulatory compliance, and law reform.

That experience has included senior roles in private legal practice, policy and law reform work for government agencies, academic research and teaching, industry leadership positions, and advisory work for strata buildings, owners, managers, regulators, and related stakeholders.

Francesco has been directly involved in a number of significant Australian cases and reform processes affecting strata and community title law, including the development of statutory model by-laws and consumer guidance materials, and contributions to national research projects on the built environment.

GoStrata was established to allow this work to continue independently — with a focus on structural analysis rather than individual fault, and on long-term system design rather than short-term commentary.

Francesco undertakes selective consulting work aligned with this focus.
